Having run a boutique digital agency called Brand in Motion for 6 years, he sold it in 2018 and set up this small specialist digital media consultancy.

Strategy implementation: an agile approach to ongoing optimisation

Reporting is a key element as it provides the measurement to demonstrate how the strategy has been implemented.
